  • Do you serve breakfast?
    Yes. We serve freshly prepared breakfasts each morning with a variety of options, including American, à la carte, vegetarian, vegan and Asian dishes. Breakfast is included in the room rate for all current offers.
  • How far is the beach and how do I get there?
    Heavenly Hideaway is about a 13-minute walk from Tangalle Beach, along a pleasant rural path with very little traffic. Many guests enjoy the walk, and there are local restaurants and friendly residents along the way. Tuk-tuks are also easily available if you prefer not to walk.
  • Do you offer parking and WiFi?
    Yes. Free private parking is available on site and does not require a reservation. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the property so you can stay connected during your stay.
  • What are your check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in is available 24 hours a day, so you can arrive whenever it is convenient. Check-out is from 11:00 to 12:00. If you need a late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to help, subject to availability.
  • Is the swimming pool open all year?
    Yes. Our outdoor swimming pool is open all year round and is suitable for guests of all ages. It is set in a quiet garden surrounded by nature, which many guests mention as one of the highlights of their stay.
  • Do the rooms have private bathrooms and balconies?
    All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, towels, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Some room types feature a terrace or balcony with garden views – please check the room description when booking if you prefer a balcony or terrace.
  • Do you offer an airport shuttle?
    Yes, we can arrange an airport shuttle for you for an additional charge. Please share your flight details in advance so we can confirm availability and pricing from Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport or other locations.
  • What is your children and pets policy?
    Children of any age are welcome at Heavenly Hideaway. Cots and extra beds are not available, so please ensure your chosen room type can comfortably accommodate your group. Pets are not allowed at the property.
